Between our staff we have over 50 years experience in the tooling/plastics industry, a great deal of which has been spent in the aluminium tooling and prototyping field. Our experience in product design and years of CNC programming enables us to get the most out of our equipment and software. With a depth of experience to call on we can look at your projects “out of the square” and offer alternative solutions or ideas.
Our services include but not limited to, short run production or prototype Moulding & tooling, general CNC of prototypes or machined parts in any material.
We have CAD & CAM programs enabling us to accept almost any 3D CAD file from any external CAD program, (Iges, Step, Para Solid files to name a few).
Our high speed CNC machine coupled with the latest CAM machining package gives us the opportunity to make tools in an extremely fast turnaround…
