Plastics Moulding and Tooling founded in 2009 provides a true "one stop shop" from product design through to soft and hard tooling, prototyping, manufacturing and plastic injection moulding all under one roof.
We provide aluminium soft tooling for prototyping or low volume production, through to full steel tooling for large volume production.
The heart of our tooling capabilities are our CAD and CAM programmes that enable us to accept almost any 3D CAD file from any external CAD programmes, such as Iges, Step and Para Solid files.

Our staff have an accumulated over 50 years of experience in the tooling and plastics industry, design, development, and moulding.
It’s our years of experience in product design and CNC programming that enables us to get the most out of our equipment and software.
With a depth of experience to call on, we can look at your projects “outside of the box” and offer innovative alternative solutions or ideas.
Plastics Molding and Tooling can also source tooling and parts from overseas should this be part of your requirements. Throughout this process, we will manage and qualify the tooling and parts produced, giving you the confidence of using overseas suppliers without the headaches.
